It combines a mixing and baking "robot" and a "mix bag" to deliver fool-proof breads and cakes that are moist and soft, hold together for a sandwich and don't stale as quickly as typical gluten-free loaves. Current mix varieties include sandwich white, mock rye, jalapeno cheddar, pecan spice, olive with sun-dried tomato, apple cinnamon coffee cake, pizza dough, and chocolate cake. All mixes are made from natural ingredients, are free of preservatives and contain less than three parts per million of gluten. Other exciting bakery products are in the pipeline soon! How it works: the mix bag scans just like your groceries at the grocery store, programming the perfect kneading, resting, rising and baking protocol for each bread or cake into the robot. Just add liquids and yeast. Bready does the rest. Bready's exclusive vertical kneading action emulates the kneading motion of a professional baker. In the process, moisture from the liquids deeply penetrates the gluten-free flour resulting in moist, evenly textured bread. A steam function further enhances the character of the bread by adding humidity during proofing. The patented mix bags come pre-sealed and dough is prepared entirely inside the bag, eliminating the risk of contamination. Unlike a bread machine, there is no paddle to remove, and the loaves look and taste like what you'd find at your favorite bakery. Clean up is a breeze. The empty bag is wound around a roller for easy disposal. A nonstick bake pan allows the bread to roll out effortlessly onto a cooling rack.
